Your Background:

• You have at least 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional appearance in German and English
• You are an expert in the professional use of current SM channels and have a very good feel for digital trends as well as target group-affine content
• You have sound basic knowledge of web publishing, search engine optimization (SEO), and rankings and a good understanding of social media algorithms
• You have a structured and analytical approach as well as knowledge of relevant marketing KPIs
• You are creative, resourceful, and proactive in bringing your ideas to the table
• You see well-managed project as the basis for successful strategies and campaigns
• You are aware of your marketing skills and always work on your responsibility

Your Job:

• You are responsible for developing social media channels with a focus on Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and Facebook etc.
• Creation and maintenance of a social media calendar, content and/or editorial plan
• Defining and prepare topics for content in collaboration with the creative team
• You are responsible for the entire community management of all channels and platforms
• You will be in charge of content creation in cooperation with our creative team
• Use of analytical tools to monitor metrics to determine the effectiveness of the campaigns and derived recommendations for action
• Implementation and management of the respective social media management platform
• Develop content for traditional media (print, newsletter)
