Objective

Vaust is a young, experimental architectural studio that creates objects and spaces on the verge of design and contemporary art. 
They needed a fitting brand experience to channel their values and create the sort of emotional suspense that embodies their work.

Approach

Given the brand’s proclivity for a classical Roman aesthetic contrasted by a rather contemporary vernacular, we opted for a classic font-based logo and a modern, geometric sans serif font as the base for the typographic system.

Solution

We created a poignant brand experience deeply rooted in the relationship between rich materials and stern, minimalist typography. We produced photo and video content as well as print and digital assets, establishing a comprehensive brand identity.
